The loop

  1. 01

    Test

Wild Wisdom is designed to run the journey a prospective patient would take, across every location.

  2. 02

    Observe

During an authorised pilot, Wild Wisdom records what happened: what worked, what failed, what was missing and how long it took.

  3. 03

    Score

It applies the same defined standard to each participating location using the same approved scenario.

  4. 04

    Flag

It identifies observable failures specifically. Not “conversion is low,” but “this landing page advertises an expired deadline” or “this booking link leads to a dead end.”

  5. 05

    Recommend

It attaches a proposed correction to each verified failure.

  6. 06

    Retest

After the client implements the correction, Wild Wisdom reruns the authorised test and records whether it passed.

Passive monitoring

Designed to run on a recurring schedule without touching your systems or your staff. Passive monitoring reads what is publicly available. It can confirm that a form is present, reachable and structurally available. It cannot confirm that a submission succeeds, routes correctly, or receives a response; those belong to authorised testing.

Authorised testing

Begins only after written authorisation from group leadership.

Test personas are labelled and traceable so your team can identify and remove them from your reporting. Frontline teams are not notified, so that what is measured reflects normal operation.

What Wild Wisdom reports

Per location, per test: what was run, what happened, what failed, what was recommended, whether the retest passed, and when.

Across the group: which locations are failing, which have been fixed, and which have regressed.

What Wild Wisdom does not report

Wild Wisdom does not estimate revenue, customer acquisition cost, or conversion impact. It reports observable execution failures and their status. What those failures are worth is a calculation that requires your own figures, and Wild Wisdom will run it with you rather than assert it.
