This page describes how Wild Wisdom is designed to operate. It is not legal advice. Your organisation should obtain its own counsel, and Wild Wisdom operates within the parameters your counsel sets.
Passive monitoring reads publicly available web properties. It submits no forms, opens no chat or messaging widgets, places no calls, creates no accounts and enters no data. It creates no record in your systems and consumes none of your staff's time.
Active testing begins only with written authorisation from group leadership. Scope, locations, channels, scenarios, frequency and duration are agreed in advance and set out in the agreement.
No real person's identity is used. Test personas use controlled synthetic information agreed for the programme, labelled and traceable, so your team can locate and remove test records from your reporting.
Wild Wisdom does not conduct active testing of any organisation without that authorisation.
The standard pilot is designed not to require Wild Wisdom to access patient records. If a future scope changes that position, the privacy, security and contractual requirements must be assessed and agreed before the scope begins.
Frontline teams are not notified of individual tests, so that measurement reflects normal operation. Leadership authorises the programme and knows it is running. Wild Wisdom does not report on named individuals; findings are reported by location and by process step.
Ownership of findings, evidence and reports, and the terms on which they are provided and returned, are defined in the pilot agreement.
Every finding carries a source, a timestamp and reproducible evidence. Findings observed directly are reported separately from inferences, and inferences are labelled.
